I think he means powers or actions.

he means when he presses the key to move forward, he doesn't move til like 5 seconds later

Vista is usually found incompatible with many games created before its existence and even after

Plus like Auto said, Make sure you got a good conn.

My connection isnt the world's greatest(which does add to the problem), but it is not the worst that I have ever had.

I won a very descent computer and I shouldn't have any issues with anything (it has a lot of Ram).

However, that's not the case.

Well, that is the only thing on that page other than all the IP stuff on it.

Varies per test. When I did the one I posted, it was 15ms. I tried 2 others and they were 18ms and 12ms
