City of Heros/Villians

By far one of the funnest rpgs i have played.

Im going to look at getting a copy of the city of hero's for PC later today.

honestly you want to get city of villians. better story, better powers, just overall better.

Or don't waste your money.

Will do. I have already bought the game, just have not had the time yet to load it and get everything going.

Ive got the game loaded, but it takes more than 5 mins for my character to move one step. Not sure what the problem is, it cant be the graphics card on my laptop, but Im not ruling it out either.

I've been dying to play this game.

I havent tried to play it in a few days, maybe it will be better. I bet it might run better if I change some of the in-game settings too.

you cant actually play a free version, of heros and villans conbined, for a test, to see if u like the game. just dowload the exteel downloader, and its in one fo the game packages there.. www.exteel.com

I played exteel for a short time, but was way to laggy, but I might try it again later.

just down the graphics abit for exteel, and make sure you ping is below 150, otherwise you will lag to hell and back, lol

I can never find out where my ping is to see what it is. Never thought to turn down the graphics though.

when u first join exteel, its puts your graphics on the fullest.. (thats a bad thing) as u need a very decent comp with high tech graphics card to handle it, i have my resolution on it at 1400 to 1024 and my terrain and unit display distance on full, but i have my cpu performmence meter on medium and terrain texture quality on low and unit texture quality on the highest, so my graphics for that game are about medium, i would advise u low you graphics bit by bit till you not lagging.

Also to check ur ping, when u enter a match like ctf or deathmatch (it can be any of them but im using deathmatch and ctf as an example) well your ping is just to the right of your name when your waiting for the game master to start the game, once the match has started, to chec you ping, press tab, it will come up with what position you are in, in the game and also all the players names that are there, it looks abit like a excel document with columns going down, one of the last columns says ping, the number will be increasing and decreasing rapidly, and you know your average by whatever nuber it is on most, mine is always hanging around 90, which is medium. once your ping reaches 3000 you will get conection fail and it will close the game (this rarely happens).

but yea, thats the basics of it.
