Quantum revisited???

Okay so I got talking to Miguel and Steel yesterday and we discussed revisiting Quantum, now we wouldn't delete Volume 1 but we most likely will delete number 2. We would replace Vol.2 with a brand new story so that means new characters, new names, new setting, new plot. I asked Steel what he would rather fight, Humans or Fallen, he said both. And then he pointed out a very good observation, we have not yet done an RPG where we are all villains. Now Star Wars doesn't count because some of us turned good.

Now the setting needs to be different, Steel suggested Rome. So that got me thinking, how can we be in that area without having to be Roman? Simple, we are all hiding here because the government is looking for us, corny I know but maybe we can figure out something else later.

Villains? Personally I am growing tired of being the "main villain". I was in Realm and the previous Quantum, so this time I would prefer to hand over the reigns to someone like Mig. He did a great job with FMA so I think you will own that part, that's if you want it.

NOTE:
There is a new rule for people who choose to have Empathic Mimicry, Intuitive Aptitude and Power Theft. There can only be three of us and we can only possess 7 abilities. Your absorbing ability does not count as one of these abilities though so that's all good. You can only have 3 abilities that are able to be used in combat (Such as Telekinesis, Pyrokinesis, Electrokinesis, Super Strength etc.), your other four can be powers like Invisibility, Shape Shifting (Into other people not animals), Telepathy, Rapid Cellular Regeneration, Space/Time Manipulation etc. If you already have 7 and you absorb another then you have to pick one of your existing abilities to discard.

For the person who chooses Power Theft you can not steal a posters ability without their permission, that goes for myself with Intuitive Aptitude.

I know we agreed on 5 Steel but this way they can absorb powers through the story if they can't think of what to write.

Well count me in. If you need another villain other than Migz, I will be happy to play the role.

I basically didn't want the Empathic Mimicry people to be overpowered. But your 3 "combat" and 4 "defensive" style works nicely.

I think that someone with size manipulation would be cool. But I already have my powers set out basically.
