Elfen Lied RPG story and Bios

In the Elfen Lied RPG, you will choose between two different species. One being the humans and the other being the Diclonious. The world is in a time of peace. No wars, no recession, and crime is at an all time low but it still exists. A company by the name of INGEN is housing beings known as the Diclonious. The Diclonius are beings endowed with an ability that allows them to use telekinetic powers known as "vectors". The Diclonious are also an evolutionary branch-off of humans. Their bodies are very similar to humans', the only difference being the two horn-like temporal protrusions, which are said to relate to their telekinetic powers. A Diclonius would fall into a coma if they lose one of their horns, and would never return from their lethargic state if they lose both horns. If a Diclonius vector penetrates a human body, the "vector virus" is transferred to the human, causing their children to be born as Diclonius.

Their powers involve the usage of invisible arms, known as "vectors" that can grasp and impact things as if they're solid, but also become insubstantial and pass through objects. They can slice objects as well, which is how Diclonius kill their victims. Vectors usually have a limited range of a few meters, but the length varies from Diclonius to Diclonius and becomes steadily farther with age. The vectors became an important defense for Diclonius for they deflect 9mm based weaponry. Weapons such as a Desert Eagle can penetrate a Diclonius' defense along with .50mm using weapons. Explosive rounds can also have the same effect. These are the only known weapons that can guarantee a Diclonius' death.

Another factor known about Diclonious is there hatred and motivation to kill humans. It is not know if they are born with this or if it is fueled by the cruelty of others. The queen of all Diclonius is Lucy.

The humans: they have weapons and safehouses against the Diclonious. They use .50mm rounds due to their effectiveness of penetrating a Diclonius' defense. Due to their vast knowledge of their area and environment, they can formulate ambushes against Diclonius. Guerilla Warfare one of the most effective ways of taking down large groups of Diclonius. The humans have machine that is composed of the brains of dead Diclonius. With it, the humans have an effective weapon to use against the Diclonius. There is only one in existence. It is located in one of the facilities of INGEN, London.

Weakness: they are small in number due to the genocide the Diclonius have unleashed upon the humans. The Diclonius can easily overcome some of the human's weapons because of their vectors, so humans must compensate for this by searching for ammo drops with explosive properties in them. Since ammo is low, and they cannot face a Diclonius one-on-one, humans must flee or risk death.

The Diclonius: other than what I have already explained, they are large in number in the RPG.

Weakness: The Diclonius are easily beaten if confused or in pain. This is because they lose focus and cannot use their vectors. If a Diclonius cannot see then they cannot use their vectors. Flash grenades are excellent tools for defeating Diclonius. There's a weapons that launches a spiked ball and can paralyze a Diclonius and prevent them from using their vectors. It is extremely painful to humans and Diclonius alike.

Name: Miguel 'Frosty' Frost

Age: 23

Occupation: Leader of the Cerberus Unit. Based in London but originally served in the Caribbean and Russia for INGEN.

Rank: Captain

Weapons: One modified PS90 equiped with a supressor, a dot sight, and 5.7mm x 28 rounds with explosive incendiary effect. Two Tokarev TT-33 with 6.5 Grendel variant rounds

Background: Worked for the USMC but was imprisoned for killing Lieutenant Jake Taylor. Reason is unknown. Was originally sceduled for execution but was saved by INGENS elite squadron, the Hellfighter Unit. For that, he is grateful for their support and works alongside them in their campaign to kill or retrieve any Diclonius found. He is an excellent soldier, but not as great as the captain of Hellfighter Unit. He is still qualified to command his own unit, Cerberus.

Ceberus Unit has two men (not including Frost) and three women in the squad. One of the women in his squad is Diclonius who is under his control. Her purpose is to help him find any Diclonius in the area besides herself. He uses a device connected to his nervous system to control her. His men and women each carry their own modified (except the Diclonius) XM8 sub-carbine with great effect.

By the way, there can only be five other Diclonius members.

Name: Xavier "Silver Back" Villaluz

Age: 23

Height: 7'2

Weight: 450 lbs

Occupation: Special Mercenary for INGEN, currently transfered under Cerberus Unit Guerilla Warfare Expert.

Weapons: Tactical Shotgun, Spike Gauntlets, Tactical Knife.

Abilities: Physical Superiority and Accelerated Recovery

Background: Originally from the Philippine Islands assigned to wipe out rebels 2 years ago. After the war, he went on to do dead end jobs until INGEN recruited him for their own services. Transfered under Cerberus Unit.

Name: Kiykona Trishia

Age: 25

Height: 5'9

weight: 145 lbs

Occupation: Special Forces Mercanery

Weapons: Flash grenades, M64's, 2 Katanas, one hand gun, SPM Sniper. star blades, smoke bombs,
and one rifle.

Abilities: Kiykona Has the ability to control ones movement. At age 15 she was taken from her home town, and was trained with a expert samuria in japan. at age 19 she was head leader of the SPM. she has been called in from the INGEN, to protect the Diclonious. In One incident with the Diclonious, named Lucy. She was mistaken for a enemy and was beleived to have died. Yet she awoke with a strange ability to control one's body and actions, if enough close to a person, to 12 to 15 ft. Though this Ability is well known for her, it takes a large part of her energy, and Knocks out for 24 hours.

Background: Her background is stratchy. she was treated cruelly, and has learned to control her inner anger. she neither speaks to others or makes contact with others. When she must take order, she signals with her hands. she came from the North, and is custom for harsh colds, very good in stealth and Extreme Combat.

Bio for Seeker 1 and Seeker 5

Seeker 1 aka Cade

Seeker 1 is a imperfect male Diclonious that has the natural ability to influence other Diclonious of lesser minds. He also has exceptional strength and speed. Oddly Seeker 1 only had one horn on his right side of his head, and cannot use vectors. He can still track other Diclonious as most Diclonious can.

Seeker 5 aka Kitra

This Diclonious is a female, she cannot bare children but can pass the virus like most Diclonious. She has 4 vectors with a kill radius of 5 meters. With that she is excellent with a hand gun and a sword. She does have all Diclonious skills and strengths.

Name: Lysanias "Lykos" Karkor

Age: 18

Occupation: Diclonius Outlaw

Weapons:Projectile vectors.Lykos is one of the few known Diclonius to have been reported to have projectile vectors that are able to exist without the restriction of a closeness to that user.Like bullets,however,the strength of the blow is determined by from trajectory in which it was conceived and the distance.Vectors also become visible.Displayed as a hollow-glass like shard that has a width of approximately 18-20mm.

Like many Diclonius,Lykos also has melee vectors which protrude to a 3ft. length.The blade like vectors can deflect various ammunition except for heavy artillery,anti-tank arms along with various other shelling such as grenade launcher canisters (HE) or 12 Gauge

Background: Born a normal child and exploiting plans at a young age to commit to the human task that is INGEN, Lysanias "Lysa" Karkor was a young and ambitious boy who was extremely prideful of human normalcy and was at a youthful age set on becoming an INGEN operative. By the age of 13, Lysa was actively associated with street gangs that mainly focused on the harassment and abuse of young Diclonius, early on fulfilling his dreams of riding the world form Diclonius scum. However, a sudden turn in life arose as Lysa was stricken with Diclonius curse. Going into a state shock, Lysa began to take in the prejudice and abuse that the Diclonius had been subjected to, and soon parted from both gangs and his past ideas on the Diclonius. As his mind settled he realized that both Diclonius and Human were brotheren,merely separated by small fragments of code.Truly humanity was both the morality of life that brought them together.

Unlike most of his Diclonius counterparts, He contained both human and Diclonius trait.He does not have the usual horns a Diclonius would, however is still able to conjure the vector abilities of Diclonius. Unofficially, Lysa is the first natural hybrid of both the Diclonius and Human breed.

Unlike most Diclonius who are often either subjected to exile or forced to engage hostility, Lysa was able to publicly remain human.However, Lysa like many of his fellow diclonius are extremely angered by the actions of mankind, and in that he has become both a criminal and vanguard in both the human and Diclonius world as he thwarts the injustices of both kind.

Aaron doesn't know anything about his life. For all he knows he has been in a prison like cell for his entire life. He has been assigned as a field agent for INGEN on the Cerebus unit. He knows little about his past or what he is. In truth the scientists erased the memories of his past life and he is a hybrid of a human woman and a male diclonis.
