Favorite movie genre

What is your favorite movie genre? It can be of
the following: Action, comedy, drama, horror, suspence, war movies,
chick-flicks, Sci-Fi, and mixes such as action comedies.

Im too lazy to list my favorites so I'll just say
that Rush Hour is a good series. Nah I'll just list them. My favorites are The Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Blade (part 3 sucked), Shaft,
Gladiator, Mortal Kombat (part 2 was average), 300, Life, DodgeBall, Chronicles of Narnia, Nacho Libre, and many more I can't seem to remember at this point.

HMMMMM.........OK MY FAVORITE GENRE IS COMEDY AND THE MOVIES I LIKED SO FAR ARE:

1. THE RUSH HOUR (TRILOGY)
2. SHREK (BOTH MOVIES)
3. BACK TO THE FUTURE (THE TRILOGY)
4. NACHO LIBRE

AND SOME OTHERS BUT RIGHT NOW I CANNOT REMEMBER^^

It's probably the foreign films.

Ichi the Killer is one of the most gory films (with an actual story) ever made by man, directed by Takashi Miike. It's strictly not for children because of its own defined genre, ultraviolence.

The story also revolves around wanton sado-masochism, torture, self mutilation and rape. Absolutely not for kids.

Ninja Scroll is about a ronin, Jubei Kibagami, who's basically hired to destroy the Eight Devils of Kimon, a band of assassins (ninja) each gifted with supernatural abilities.

Macross Plus is actually a science fiction/love story based on the Macross platform, centered partly on the love triangle between the three protagonists. Though the other part would have to be the introduction of the new veritech model (the YF-19 and the unmanned ghost X9, which would have to be mainstream in future Macross releases)
