Elfin Lied: Falling Sun Plot and Bios

Plot

It is the year 2012 and Humanity's population is dwindling thanks to the few Diclonious who are mistreated by their parents or foster parents or anyone in general.

This spreads hate between the two factions and so the Diclonious are now more than willing to kill humans. INGEN steps up their game by enlisting the help of the world's best to help detain the Diclonious for research of a cure. Diclonious are fighting back with even greater ferocity as the years gone by. Criminal Organizations take advantage of the situation by offering a bounty on several different Diclonious, none more savage and notorious than the one known as Fenrir. Not since Lucy back in 2005 has a Diclonious struck such fear in the population, it is clear that Mankind is in its darkest times.

The criminal underworld also sell black market weaponry to civilians to defend themselves, but at the cost of unknowingly killing children that do not even exhibit the virus, even their own. As the world falls into chaos, will someone stand up and restore order to this world.

Our story begins in Japan in the Kamakura area, the date is August 12, 2012 and the tension in the air is thick with fear.

Background.

Fenrir was born from two humans and at the age of 4 John Fenrir had killed them both. There was a police investigation and there was no leads to the killings. John bounced from orphanage to orphanage and was moved around cause he often caused trouble or even seriously wounding the other children. John soon ran away from the last orphanage he was in and survived on his own. Mainly feeding and clothing himself with the stuff he stolen from merchants in the near by town in the Kamakura area of Japan.

When he was about 8 yrs old he was found by a blind old man who lived alone in the forest. John had sprained his ankle and nursed him back to heath. Since the old man was blind he never seen John’s horns and treated him like a normal child. The old man taught him how to pick out special herbs and different plants to make medicines, how to use his sense of smell, taste and hearing to survive. But more especially he was trained in the martial arts.

Finally John was happy but his happiness was shattered, when he was gone out picking herbs he returned to find the old man being stabbed by some thugs. John enraged, unleashed his vectors and killed the thugs, but after he defeated them he ran to the old man, but he was already dead. It was from that day on John had a deep hatred for all humans and vowed to slaughter them all, John was about 17 yrs old at the time.

Abilities and Weapons.

John is trained in herbal cures, a black belt in the martial arts, and is able to use two sais. John’s vectors are about 12 meters long and he is able to lift up massive weights such as a dump truck or a armor personnel carrier.

Appearance:

Dark clothing, and his nose and mouth are covered, his eyes are red and his hair is black. His horns are a whitish color.

Armaments: Glock 26/Suppressor, Chokutō, and balisong.

Abilities: Very above-average and unnatural strength for someone of his build and size. High aptitude for infiltration. Bullseye accuracy with any firearm.

Bio: A boogeyman of sorts in the criminal underworld in Europe, his skills in doing his job has earned the respect of his clients and the fear their enemies. Samael’s reputation managed to garner the attention of the Japanese Yakuza and even managed to earn a seat within their ranks. As a gift for all of his endeavors towards their cause he was given a priceless Chokutō, that bears the seal of the clan he now serves under, which serves as his badge now that he resides in Tokyo, Japan.

Recently, the Yakuza crime boss Hashimoto Tetsuga finalized a deal between his weapons and human trafficking partners but has failed to receive the items in which he has paid for. Angered by this Tetsuga called in Samael to deal with it. His discovery could lead to a massive gang war in the already chaotic streets of Tokyo.

Samael has little experience against the Diclonious threat because of his shady works behind the scenes and his little interest in them. He does, however, have a contact that will prove to be an asset in the event that he should encounter one.

Traits: Always seen with a toothpick in his mouth and is unnaturally quiet.

To possible new writers you are allowed to be anything in this RPS just so long as it makes sense and it follows the story. Humans and Diclonious are the only races available. Remember, Diclonious have vectors which is like telekinetic arms. Their range differs from each individual and so too does their power and number. The average Diclonious has two vectors but if angered or go through an increase in power they can develop more. The humans are the easy part, figure it out yourself.

Height: 6'3" in former human body, 8'11" in armored suit

Bio: Due to the Diclonious threat, the United States military had begun research for a way to combat the threat after the failure of the cure. After contacting INGEN for assistance the military began seeking adult males with a very rare genetic strain. Before the experiment had begun INGEN began research on the remains of the Vector Attack Craft to develop a smaller, more efficent weapon. Thus began the project for the perfect human weapon. The project, dubbed "Hyperion" after the Titan of Greek mythology, granted the user immense strength, speed, endurance and the ability to use the Diclonious Vectors. This required mass cloning of Diclonious for their spinal columns in which their power would be grafted to the suit.

60,000 males later and Todd was found, along with two others. The project was an immense success. By removing Todd and the other's spinal column's and grafting it to the suit along with the clone Diclonii the suit would preserve the brain and allow the candidates to prelong their life. To allow maximun efficientcy the brain was wiped and given a new memory flash to go by, thereby giving the armored weapons the idea of free-will. This is merely an illusion by both INGEN and the U.S. military to prevent rebellion since a sophisticated A.I. had not been invented. Field performance was well received upon deployment. However, Todd, after many painful migraines of his past, began to act out against the U.S. military's parameter's and has rebelled. The three billion dollar weapon has been on the run ever since on the island of Japan.

He is currently being chased by Projects Loki and Amaterastu.

Weapons: Vectors, hydraulic pistons for maximum punching efficientcy, and spiked-ball projectiles.

Defensive mechanisms: Inverse-wave capable of canceling vectors out with a precisely opposing pulse.

Background

Haling from Canada, J.T. has come to Japan in search for a long lost family member. He is tight lipped about who it is and is driven to find this long lost person. His family values are high and is friendly to all he meets. However he is very sarcastic at times and often finds himself talking his way out of most hostile situations. His size doesn’t hinder him, he doesn’t back down from a fight but is not a fool, he assesses the situations and reacts accordingly.

Abilities and Skills.

J.T. is physically fit, has above average eyesight and is well versed in computer technology. He is also has basic hand to hand combat skills. His weapon of choice is hunters compound bow.

Abilities: Skilled in CQC, decent accuracy, ninja-like stealth capabilities, silver tongue

Personality: Cynnical, calm, well-mannered, and values companionship over nearly everything else.

Bio: Coming all the way from Seoul, South Korea, Jung is a former Marine of the ROKMC and was a former captain of INGEN's Dragoon unit. With an amazing service record Jung was able to rise through the ranks and served in several peace keeping mission across the world and has even been requested by many of the United Nations many covert units as a squad leader but has turned down every chance for unknown reasons. He believes in altruism and that every person has a role in life that none should interfere with. It is this characteristic that has garnered the frienship of Cerberus unit's Miguel Frost.

The two have served together for nearly twenty-three years as both war heroes and veterans of the INGEN security forces. Both Frost and Jung trust each other with their lives. Jung possesses vast knowledge of the Diclonious and their behavior, making him an effective force against their growing hostility towards man.
