LIMITS:

1) Empathic mimicry can only be used by 6 people, 3 people already possess it.
2) You can not stop time in a fight
3) Those who can heal can still be killed, they can either be decapitated, shot in the head or stabbed in the back of the head (stabbing only works if weapon is left in)
4) Impenetrable skin can be penetrated if the person is sad. It can also be penetrated by using Telekinesis

More limits may be added later....

for the healing limit...if the bullet is removed, can they still come back?

Yeah Cam, if the bullet is removed they can still come back.

btw, this was a big help in deciding what powers to absorb. I didn't really know the names of a lot of the powers, but this was quite helpful.
