Imagine the feeling when you see someone holding ice cream walk straight into a very clean glass window, thinking it's an open way out.

It all depends on the persons point of view and reasons for doing it though.

Hence, the observers are the ones who feel the awkwardness of the situation and not the participants.

Isnt that the point if you wanted to make a statement to someone? Im sure you would have dont the exact thing without backing down, even if it costs some of your dignity.

True, that. On the participant's angle, that is.

Since many of us are observers here and are aware of some things, obviously, the awkwardness of it all manifests first among us.

But it's a pretty straightforward thing you did, no beating around the bush.
