Those look like call center guys and the fatty is gay. Anyway, they're talking about the ROTF toys and they're looking for comments on the new robots, since the ROTF toys are not yet in the stalls here.
They're avid toy collectors. If I'm not mistaken, they're in the local Botcon too sometime last year, I forgot the month.

It's funny, he has his own show down there and actually interviewed the Tekken director, Katsuhiro Narada. He's actually (I think) the head blogger down in the Philippines.
