Dude obit you know final crisis takes place in another timeline and theres plenty of other diminsion he doesnt die and also the writers will find a way to bring him back like every comic book series and also why is this post here isnt it post to be in relax ?

Don't forget Captain America, who I can confirm without a doubt will come back by the end of 2009.
At least Christopher Nolan is being true to the Batman character, and we are still talking about a movie adaption. Which is very uncommon to say.
