| "His name is Pyro of the SKA. He's a mass murderer and weapons smuggler back in Cybertron. He was one of the fugitives who were part of the Sigma Hold Jailbreak, a Decepticon ambush led by Thundercracker and Skywarp several quartex back. He is known for his employment of a built-in vacuum-type-thermobaric projectile launcher, a miniaturized air-fuel bomb, which he uses with impunity. His name was derived from his pyromanic habit of setting everything on fire. His presence here spells trouble for all of us. That may mean that other prisoners of Sigma Hold may have been trafficked into this solar system as well." - Quote :
- "Sir, may I inquire as to our preffered course of action?"
"Steelclaw has successfully deployed in the western continent. He will update us of any pertinent Decepticon movement there, relating to the information that I have personally extracted from the Decepticon Underground. As for us, we will single out EVERY Decepticon we can find and shut them down permanently, at the least possible collateral damage. Autosaver, any updates?" - Quote :
- "Chargemine is in the field, along with the renegade that we have conscripted, Metallic. They have postively come in contact with Pyro and is currently engaged in combat. Obiterate has radioed in, and he will arrive at the battle zone in less than 0030H."
"Contain as much of the damage as you can, ASAP. I have intercepted a distress transmission to an air force facility nearby. Get them out of there in one piece. I will meet up with a known Autobot leader, Prime Warrior Magnimus, further north to coordinate with them in taking down our primary suspect for the Optimus Prime assassination: Decepticon Horridwing." - Quote :
- "Acknowledged sir, Autosaver out."
Kenai Mountains, AlaskaKiller Red, leader of the Army of Fire, and commander of the Autobot Alliance, stands on a snow-coated peak that overlooks the pristine Kenai river. He maps the latest location where Decepticon activity was reported, hoping to find a definite link that will lead them to a central Decepticon base. So far, the findings have been minimal. Prominent Decepticon activity is noted sporadically in this continent, but a more direct offensive is reported in the desert regions farther east, South of where Steelclaw has landed. Apparently, a diabolical warlord, a Decepticon who responds to the call Wolfpac, is leading the offensive. He has gathered a crew of Cons, mostly fugitives from Sigma Hold and reportedly a few Spark-born, on a campaign that has drawn too much attention from the local inhabitants of this planet. Autobots in that area are few, save for a squad that called themselves Peacebringers, and perhaps several freedom fighters. His interest is more on the destruction of a ground based electro-optical deep space surveillance system (GEODSS) in coordinate 9179928 218759 43M, an action that confounds--- and somehow, frightens him even more. He assumes that their recent actions are setting the entire planet up for something that is still far beyond his grasp, but he knows that he does not have the luxury of time to watch it unfold. He has to stop this as soon as possible. He knows Obiterate is on the way to the site. He sent him there for a reason, even before Autosaver's notification. So far, he has come in contact with Magnimus, and they have agreed on a universal zone system when referring to particular areas of interest on this planet: From the coordinate system, which is most likely verifiable even by Con specialists, they will use a real-time Zone activity grid, that they will use with fellow Autobots for proper coordination and immediate delegation of squads and troops to "hot" zones, or those with impending or current Decepticon contact. He will meet again with Magnimus to discuss an operation that they will undergo in the Arctic regions. This planet will suffer, that is given. At least, they will try to shield them from the best of their ability from the war that is around them. The primary prerogative is to stop this underground Decepticon operation even before it comes to fruition. Everything else falls as secondary. There is no other way. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | |

| Chargemine was thrown aside by the blast, his light frame carried off easily by the explosion. The missile hit an electric post a little over 100 meters from his position, causing a blackout for perhaps a quarter of the entire district.
He automatically transforms by instinct to break his fall, curling up into a cradle position and rolling to the side, to minimizing the impact when he hit the ground.
As he picks himself up, he sees a police car --- Ramirez's, as it makes a sharp turn to the right, perhaps surprised at his sudden transformation.
The police car smashes onto a store window, as more people flee the area for their safety. Some citizens can only cower, fearful that these rampaging giants may hurt them.
Chargemine started to walk towards the police car to check on its passengers, but he held back.
He turned towards Metallic's direction, only to see an enormous wall of fire, amidst houses and establishments that were utterly destroyed by the rubble. Concrete and mutilated bodies are strewn everywhere.
He can almost imagine the scene where Optimus was attacked... it angered him so.
Snapped out of his reverie by blind anger, Chargemine proceeded to find a way around the wall of fire.
He could climb the buildings, but then he would risk injuring possible trapped victims among the rubble.
Frustrated, he transformed back into his disguise and looked for another way along the boulevard, making his way around throngs of fleeing individuals. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- His optics flickering, Metallic tried to regain his senses as he rolled on to his back, after dodging Pyro's underhanded attack.
He tried to contact Chargemine through a built-in transponder, but he realizes that it... along with his audio receiver, was damaged by the shock of the explosion.
Almost completely deaf, he struggled to get up, the entire street blanketed in a scorching incandescent glow. He looks around for Pyro, as he reached for his guns.
"You tricky little rat... where the hell are you...," he fumed, as he tried to run a feeble signature trace amidst the fire that surrounds him.
The buildings around him are scorched by the explosion, with some of the walls either cracked or torn out by the bomb. Who knew that such a small warhead can cause that much damage?
Metallic checked his weapon cache, only to recall that he has brought out both of his fusion pistols prior to the blast. He checks the ground for his weapon, as he checks his peripherals for any sign of movement, other than the flames that were dancing around him.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "My, my, oh what shall I do now?" Pyro gloated, as he stalked Metallic from the cover of his own infernal artwork. Like a cat stalking his prey, Pyro crawled low on all fours, his red calculating eyes fixed on his latest trophy.
Pyro's external shell is literally fire-proof, as he was created as one of the prototype drones that would wield incendiary weapons, back in Cybertron. The thermobaric cannon, whom he fondly calls Nine-tails for the appearance of the incendiary cloud it makes as the blast starts, was installed by Shockwave as testament to Pyro's use for the Decepticon force ---- as a shock trooper. His psychopathic, pyromanic demeanor carried him across the battlefield, until the Autobot Templar Wolfengine caught him and incarcerated him in Sigma Hold.
He crept a little closer towards Metallic, trying his best to hold his sadistic laughter as his prey frantically searches for his gun.
In - range and behind Metallic, Pyro suddenly sprung from the flames, hands outstretched, to personally rip his confused enemy apart.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Deaf, but not blind, Metallic acknowledges, as he notices a sudden flicker among the shadows produced by the inferno around him.
He leans forward, turns around and hurls himself to the ground, feet in the air, catching a very surprised Pyro by his torso. He uses Pyro's momentum to throw him off to a wall, using a very classic leg-throw. Metallic loves guns, but he is not new when it boils down to hand-to-hand. Pyro hits the wall hard and bounces off on to the concrete, flecks of cement raining down on his back.
Pyro gets up, frustrated, but somehow excited to see that his enemy still has some 'spark' in him to put up a real fight.
Metallic tears off a hood from a burning police car and bashes it at Pyro, the latter parrying it with his left forearm.
Pyro gives Metallic a mocking right-handed crosshook to the face, as the Autobot loses his balance. Metallic was dazed by the blow.
Seizing the opportunity, Pyro dropkicks his rival in the chest, sending him through the former roadblock.
Metallic struggled to jumpstart his optics as he relied on blindsight, rolling over to the right by instinct, as a metal road sign impales the roof of the cars he was leaning on.
The Autobot frantically grabs on to the nearest thing he can get his hands on and swings it blindly at his unseen opponent until his optic feed suddenly turns back on,------giving him a split-second leeway to dodge an uppercut from Pyro.
Metallic, using all the knowledge from his experiences in the past, grabs Pyro's head with his right arm and forces him into a headlock, trying to get his way into a position to turn it into a guillotine and tear the Decepticon's head clean off its body.
Pyro was caught off-guard. He starts to panic, as he feels the strain on his neck. He punches Metallic in the gut, but there's not enough leverage to deal much damage.
Metallic bashes Pyro's back with his free arm defiantly, damning the trapped con in every Autobot obscenity imaginable to him.
"This is what you get, you little piece of slag! This is what you get!"
Sirens... probably more police or firemen, are starting to fill the chaotic air. Metallic is pressured to end this now, before more humans are involved.
Pyro, sensing trouble, falls to a last resort...
He opens his cannon arm and sticks it at Metallic's right hip.
"Go to fucking hell."
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- A second explosion rocks the district, sending more people panicking. Pyro rushes from the ashes, triumphant, as he lobs more incendiaries at the place, not sparing even the firefighters that approach the scene.

| Like a hungry wolf set loose among sheep, Pyro, now unchallenged, trampled around what is left of the once lively community at West Palm Beach. Metallic was torn to pieces by the point-blank shot, his upper body thrown off around 200 meters away. Massive explosions filled the afternoon air, as the Decepticon indiscriminately fired his thermobaric cannon, primarily locking on at anything that moves, regardless of mechanical or organic nature. Police, ambulances and firetrucks were not spared by his cruelty. For him, this is his opus. His masterpiece. Utter hell in less than 10 minutes. He sees an old lady crawling on the ground amidst the burning wreckage, her left leg fractured grotesquely by one of the explosions. He steps on the lower half of her body, just above the hip --- accurately, and with a faint sadistic chuckle, and grinded his foot into the ground, as one would do upon stepping on an insect. He lets her gurgling death throes sink into his data bank, as he relishes the moment. Utter bliss indeed, he thought to himself. His reverie is rudely interrupted by a sudden Decepticon transmission, jolting him back into reality. "PYRO, report!" Proudly, Pyro responded, "Ah, good to hear from you, Commander. Do you see what I have done today? Splendid, isn't it---" "You slagging fool, you have done your part. Get your worthless rump out of there and rendezvous with us! Blacksun will send you the coordinates," it cuts. Pyro frowns discreetly at the order. Commander Hawk, the ruthless leader of the Mercs, never takes no for an answer. She sent him here though, to "play a little" and return ASAP when enough damage has been done. The problem is, he thinks to himself... how would he know when enough is enough? Especially when there are a lot of things to bathe in fire. Reluctantly, he replies, "Affirmative. I'll see to the coordinates on my way. Pyro out." He mulls it over as he rains machine gun fire randomly at the enormous flames, more out of frustration rather than anything else. He hates Hawk, somewhat. But he knows he doesn't stand a chance against her. Not with her Mercs around her. Too preoccupied he was with throwing tantrums, that he never notices a large shadow stealthily walking approaching him from behind, his shadow nulled by the omnipresent fires that serve as their environment. Obiterate silently flicks out a heatblade from his right forearm and rears back... his optics locking in on the space that connects Pyro's torso... and his head. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Obiterate is used to these kinds of missions: Seek and Destroy. Killer Red trusts him well enough to do so. Well enough to place him as Second in Command of the Army of Fire. He picks his fights, selecting the most viable position to be in once the conflict does come to fruition. This case is no exception. This little Decepticon is about to hit the recycling bay. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | |

| Somewhere outside Sarajevo, Bosnia. It has been years since the Bosnian War. But the ghosts of the siege that was --- the longest in modern military history, refuses to fade. Amidst the tranquility... behind the cultural shows and colorful exhibits that strive to revamp the city's global image, lies evil that bides its time. A Black Opel Vectra slowly makes its way out of an off-road trail, and cautiously approaches the gritty highway. It cruised along southeast, until it reached a sharp curve downhill, that leads back to the city, to the northwest. The vehicle goes past an abandoned barnyard and drops off its passenger... a small, robotic humanoid, who scuttles to the far side of the structure. The car then systematically transforms, from underneath, into a lithe feminine robot. She shelters herself underneath some foliage and opens her comlink.
