Here is my opinion on BFTAU and TFX:
BFTAU:
This forum was a strict forum. what the admins said goes. comparing to other, more free forums such as TFL and TFX, BFTAU forced you to post where you had to. you got a warning or an admin pmed you telling you not to spam. The administration was careful to be strict after an incident like the old forums, but they took it too far.
Overalll grade: 7.1//10.0, good
TFX:
This was a forum made for revenge. Its democractic system is the best of any forum. The Admins and Mods are more free flowing which is enjoyable. sometimes mods take it too far when they make rules for this forum that another had, and even one of the admins, Horridwing said:
"these rules are exactly why i left BFTAU!" Im not the one to criticize it, but theres some tiny bits of abuse of power, like editing someone elses posts, which is hippocratic because the reason why this forum was made was to go away from abuse forums. That said, the forum is still popular and one of the history making TF forums but got off to a slow start compared to huge forums like TFS, which had about 3-5,000 posts in 3 months and TFL which had around 1-4,000 posts in its first month. The forum is great, popular, and enjoyable. The Admins are too afraid of it being hacked, they should not be so worried because there is a backup system to get everything back. Some flaws, but this is greater than any other forum in existence.
Overall Grade: 8.8/10.0, excellent.
