I'M CONCERNED AT WHAT I JUST SAW A WHILE AGO... SO I'M GOING TO MAKE THIS CLEAR TO EVERYONE.

I'm going to make this look like a formal complaint. I'm going to send a copy of this directly to Prowl/Solar in TFL too, to alert them IN CASE THEY'RE "NOT AWARE" or were not online for sometime when this happened.

I was going to log on to TFL since I haven't been to the site in almost two weeks, and then I see this junk plastered on the homepage.

Furthermore, there was a post that is obviously inappropriate for the general theme (gaming) and brings back somewhat disturbing memories of what happened to the first BFTA forum.

If all this is a joke, it is sick and tastless humor to begin with. I'm not even logged on yet and I get to see this stuff in the open boards... and to think that there may be minors browsing the site every now then. Imagine what parents would think about that (or genuine TF fans or morally uptight militant right-wing long-skirt/tight-pants internet users... or anything of that caliber).


All this, ironically, after reading a complaint about an old piece of senseless drama that transpired in the TFX Guest forums a few days ago:

Anyway, thank God for active admins and mods here (kudos to the staff btw, even to Autosaver - even if he's G-confused) for maintaining the civility we all enjoy here despite poking fun at each other.

I hold a lot of great memories of TFL, especially in the height of the game. It was a "mature" forum, for what it's worth. It never crossed my mind that I would see stuff like this there. I mean posting something like that there automatically gets you kicked out, if not ganged on by other angry members.

Somehow, come to think of it... I miss the old TFL (especially when Highlander was still around), when there was always someone to talk to in their XAT.

Things change with the passage of time, alright.

I sent Prowl and Solar the above message via PM as of this post (sans the first sentence below the last picture).

I ask the admins and mods not to delete this topic for future reference. If flaming should ensue, in future comments, please lock it.

The above is created for constructive criticism, and is shared here
in TFX to serve as an example as to what happens when certain freedoms are abused in public forums.

I'm disappointed, really. Anyway, have a great day to all of you.

Why would Prowl even let anything like that even enter? I remember TFL back in it's glory days. I thought it was too aggressive and wasnt as great a place as this place, that is why I left there and stayed here.

It may be possible that your account may have been broken into. Perhaps the password was easy enough for the person to access the account and use it as they saw fit.
