World of War......Opportunities

Before anyone asks, yes, I am referring to World of Warcraft. However, the difference is that this a private server, meaning that it's FREE!!!!!!!

Simply log onto http://www.worldofopportunities.net create an account and then follow the instructions on the "How to Play" to get the game and get going.

I will try and post how to get the Wrath of the Lich King expansion once I get with a friend of mine whom we founded an Alliance guild together.

Don't you have to buy the game first...?

Actually I downloaded the game just fine but completely messed up the realmlist thing. It seemed legitimately free but I'm not 100% certain.

Odd, I know some people have private servers where you NEED the CD. But then you can join a private server.

Not sure if this is legal either, because downloading the client/game sounds iffy.

It isn't legal if you own the game, so I guess its illegal if you don't own a copy. Yikes?

Does this work with WoW's latest features?

They are working on getting the latest features integrated into the current core. Right now they are working of of the 3.2.2a patch while the latest is 3.3.0 I believe.
