To those still present

Due to the loss of many writers, it is becoming difficult to maintain a story without it crumbling in disaster whereupon it is forgotten and not finished. So, this topic serves to ask you, the community, to have your say on the RPS.

To clear up what I said, I am asking you to let me know what sort of RPS would you like to do? You can create your own idea and present it. If the idea is favored by the majority then it is a go. I also ask that you take this seriously and not spam. This is a topic for ideas, not randomness.

Many of you are gifted with imagination. I will hear no excuses, just state your ideas.

Though I am new here, I'm by no means new to roleplaying. Your problem is not in the ideas or the execution. In time all things grow stale and there's only so much you can do with one another before it turns down that path where a writer just doesn't awe you anymore. It's not a negative statement, so apologies if someone is offended, it's just a fact. A style is a style and once you learn that, the writing just doesn't move you the way it once did.

You need new writers to bring forth a new style and new ideas and incorporate them into your own. This should help prolong your stories and rekindle the dwindling fire in the writing. Without change, there can be no forward progress.

The only problem with that is that we can't get new writers. Anyone is allowed to join in any RPS. If a new style was needed then a new face would have appeared. Thing is, we don't have many writers. We try to encourage them but their lasting power is less than what was desired.

Not sure what to do.

We need something to get the existing writers like Cam and Steel interested.

I would actually like to join and/or create my own stories, but my problem is that I dont really have that much time due to my job and now beginning a relationship. I still want to if everyone was flexible with my ability to post every so often.

That would be fine, I got a job, kids and a relationship plus my gaming and Hockey.....i am busy as hell.
