It's
nothing much, the play-by-post is something like
write-your-own-adventure, where you follow the flow of the story
written by the one before you and you add a little something of your
own. Then the next writer adds his part and so on and so forth until
the story ends (or 1 week has passed).

For the combat RPG, I'd
think we'd all have to meet on that. Feel free to view the new parts
that I put in the combat section (Fields of Murder) to get a grasp of
what I'm trying to say. I might open the RPG tomorrow, around 10 am my
time (10 pm NY time).
