We should move onto a new multi-player FREE GAME

At srb2.org,you can download Srb2.
Its at demo stage though,but comes with over 50 levels.

It supports MD2 models,and character,socs,levels,mod wads

If we did anything, I would much rather look at browser-based games first as my laptop doesnt seem to like the downloaded games for some odd reason.

Take into consideration not everyone has a fancy computer like you. I know mine took forever to download Exteel(to the point that I just gave up). I have seen many clever strategy browser based games. They may not have the best graphics(most of them are almost completely 2d) but they are still fun RPGs.

Also this game uses sprites,at least TRY downloading it.

Graphics card is what I was trying to say in my last post. But I still don't know about connection.

Even of you have a fast downloading speed, you also have to account for the size of the files that your downloading. I have a pretty fast internet connection, but with some games it could take up to 4-6 hours just to download. So I shall rest my case in this discussion.

It doesn't even take that long to download crap, but there's always a problem!

Yet I have alot of games on my laptop and a dozen of them I can play online with. So what is your point?

My friends are nagging me to download the Ragnarok Rebirth Installer. I heard it has servers that reach across the globe... what do you think?

It's an MMORPG, by the way. Cartoony on the outside, but it's a pretty serious game with PvPs and teamplay

Ragnarok was known for its massive siege sessions:

Hundreds of different players (in armies) fighting to invade another army's castle.

Imagine the chaos of it all.

Customizable characters?

Can you give them unique looks?

Customizable gear, yes... and probably hair color or something. I believe their faces are fixed to represent a certain class.

By the way, all players start as base characters. You have to progress in level (a path you will choose) to be a particular class. Also, there are in-game monsters to help you gain experience.

A massive chat service is there too.
